Uygulamaya nasıl giriş yaparım?
ÇeyizApp'e yalnızca Google veya Apple hesabınla giriş yapabilirsin — ayrı bir kullanıcı adı/şifre oluşturmana gerek yok. Giriş ekranındaki ilgili butona dokunman yeterli.
Eşimi/partnerimi listeme nasıl davet ederim?
Liste detayında "Eşini Davet Et" bölümünden 6 haneli davet kodunu paylaş. Partnerin, "Koda Katıl" ekranından bu kodu girdiğinde aynı listeyi görüntüleyip birlikte düzenleyebilirsiniz.
Bildirim gelmiyor, ne yapmalıyım?
Cihazının ayarlarından ÇeyizApp için bildirim izninin açık olduğundan emin ol. İzin verildiği halde bildirim gelmiyorsa uygulamayı kapatıp yeniden aç; sorun devam ederse bize yaz.
Reklamsız kullanım nasıl çalışır?
Profil sekmesindeki "Reklamsız Kullan" kartından kısa bir reklam izleyerek 24 saat boyunca reklamsız kullanabilirsin. Süre dolduğunda tekrar izleyerek yenileyebilirsin.
Hesabımı ve verilerimi nasıl silerim?
Profil → Hesabı Sil yoluyla hesabını, listelerini ve tüm verilerini kalıcı olarak silebilirsin. Bu işlem geri alınamaz. Sorun yaşarsan bize e-posta atarak da talepte bulunabilirsin.
Uygulama dilini nasıl değiştiririm?
Profil sekmesindeki Dil ayarından Türkçe ve İngilizce arasında geçiş yapabilirsin.
Verilerim güvende mi?
Verilerin Firebase altyapısında güvenli şekilde saklanır. Detaylar için Gizlilik Politikamıza göz atabilirsin.

How do I sign in?
ÇeyizApp only supports signing in with your Google or Apple account — there's no separate username/password to create. Just tap the corresponding button on the sign-in screen.
How do I invite my partner to my list?
From the list detail screen, share the 6-digit invite code under "Invite Partner". When your partner enters it on the "Join with Code" screen, you'll both see and edit the same list.
I'm not receiving notifications — what should I do?
Check that notifications are enabled for ÇeyizApp in your device settings. If they're enabled but still not arriving, close and reopen the app; if the issue persists, contact us.
How does the ad-free mode work?
From the "Watch to Remove Ads" card on the Profile tab, watch a short ad to unlock 24 hours ad-free. You can watch again once the period ends.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Profile → Delete My Account to permanently delete your account, lists, and all associated data. This cannot be undone. You can also email us to request deletion.
How do I change the app language?
Use the Language setting on the Profile tab to switch between Turkish and English.
